Giovanni is a Finance and Operations Executive with over 20 years international experience as CFO of Global multi billion dollar Divisions and Corporate Finance Functions of fast paced and leading Corporations like Cisco Systems, Dell, Computer Science Corporation and Alcatel-Lucent. Giovanni’s experience also spans advising Start Ups embracing digital transformation of traditional business models and customer solutions across different industries.

He is an execution and results oriented leader with a proven track record of driving long term sustainable growth, producing turnarounds, implementing investment/divestiture and building global organisations in highly diversified businesses and cultural environments. He has operated at the heart of turning strategies into operational results by leading through product, sales, channels, operational, financial and organisational transitions in industries like Telecommunication, Internet-Networking, Information Technology and Business Process Outsourcing.

Giovanni holds a degree in Business Administration & Economics from University of Salerno in Italy. Throughout his career he has worked in Switzerland, France, US and the UK.

Sanjay is a Former General Electric, Deloitte and Computer Sciences Corporation senior finance executive who, during his 26 years career in USA and Asia Pacific regions, acquired deep operations and finance expertise. Sanjay spent 9 years in Deloitte in Australia and Singapore followed by 14 years at GE, supporting a number of Asian businesses in GE Plastics, Energy and Aviation industries. Most recently he was the CFO for the Asia, Middle East & Africa regions for CSC.

Sanjay has a deep understanding of enterprise risks and mitigation, working capital management and international operations. He is process oriented, certified green belt in Lean Six Sigma and has built vast network and knowledge pools at all levels in organizations across Asia.

He has a keen interest in investing and mentoring early to mid-market growth companies. Sanjay is member of the Investment Panel at Spring SEEDS that invests in early stage growth companies in Singapore. He is also a member of Singapore Institute of Directors and is on the Audit Committee of the Singapore Foundation. Sanjay also operated a successful real estate and stock portfolio by developing portfolio strategy and managing the assets well.

Sanjay has a Bachelor in Economics from Macquarie University, Sydney and is a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia. Sanjay completed short term Executive Corporate program at Harvard Business School.

Hoshi is a senior executive with over 30 years of US & Asia Pacific experience in the packaging software solutions, graphic communications, turnkey outsourcing services, supply chain, and forestry industries. Hoshi has extensive Board experience with companies in US, Singapore, India, Indonesia and China.

He has been a growth leader at Danaher and RR Donnelley, bringing and executing significant new business and doubling the revenue in 8 different countries in Asia. He has proven himself as a turnaround and acquisition integration specialist with Cenveo, Xyan.com and United Fiber Systems Ltd where he helped restructure these companies for sale to strategic partners. He has also been an entrepreneur building a very successful medical spa business in Southern California which he exited with significant multiples

He is a results driven, highly entrepreneurial & situational strategist with a hands-on management style, a skilled diplomat and change agent in successfully developing new businesses and integrating a diverse and unstructured group of acquisitions/joint ventures, both in the domestic US and Asian markets.

Hoshi has a B. Tech (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, India and an M.S. in Industrial & Systems Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago, Illinois.
